Was a beautiful cruise, the scenery was fantastic. You can purchase a ticket which includes a meal. You can also buy drinks & snacks too. I did the 2hr lunch cruise, the day was superb too. I managed to see a few dolphins too, which was a bonus!
Good 2 hours spent in a good Cruise through Port Adelaide river. Saw plenty of dolphins. Had a chance to get into captains dock and it was a unforgettable experience, the captain was a very nice person and the other crew was also very friendly. Worth the money spent and a must go journey if you are in Adelaide.
Great way to spend 2 hours cruising the Port Adelaide river from the Fisherman's Wharf past the working docks, Industrial sites and Torrens Island towards Pelican Point and then back again. The captain (?) has a keen eye spotting dolphins for you. His commentary is a good mix of interesting facts, mixed in with humorous lines. We booked online, early birds get the pick of chairs and view points. Bring a hat, sun glasses and it can get does get a bit windy even on beautiful Summer days. Coffee, food and drinks available on board.
A special cheap outing for the family. In our case 4 grandkids and two grandparents. It was a great outing. The sound system is good so it was easy to hear the commentary. The food and drinks were very reasonable. This is a must do trip for one of your visits to Port Adelaide. The ship is soon to have a newly built sister as well.
You will see a few dolphins but there dont seem to be many at the moment in the river. A relaxing nice 1 1/2.hours .
It's a nice boat ride for 2 hours with families and friends. Seen many dolphins on the way back to the docks. Kids enjoyed the ride and been watching dolphins, food can be acquired on dining area. It's a great way to enjoy the outer harbour and see dolphins.
The cruise is so relaxing. We had food at the restaurant and the skewers were to die for. I haven't seen a dolphin because it was wavy but overall, it was a very nice experience. For a 12 dollar pay for a cruise, it's with it. Child pays 9 dollars.
$12 2hrs...Need I say anymore. Learn a little bit of history going up the river. I sat up the front on top and I couldn't hear Jack lol. They need more speakers up top. But plenty of dolphins and something different. Wear a jacket was super cold going up the river
Well worth the money for meal and 2 hour cruise in the Port. The Guide was very informative and staff friendly. Plenty of dolphins and history.
